tbh some people (myself included) look in the recruitment channel specifically for targets. Its the best place to find "soft" targets who wont put up much opf a fight, and mean you essentially get paid. Your best bet if you feel you cant face them...

The idea has some merit .. think about it, if a cov ops went into the surrounding systems to a possible invasion, they could block local comms so you cant see where there are ships entering as local will not go up cos you cant see it. Also perhap...

i would go vexor, 3 sentry drones = insane damage output for a cruiser. the web / scramble / nossing setup you will use means that with 1 stab you should be able to get outa most situations you cannot handle. You'll also be able to take out a LOT ...
